The Sustainable Investor offers Sustainable/Responsible Investment Consulting Services to Asset Managers, Mutual Fund Managers, Trustees and Institutional Investors.
Our experience lays in consulting with Trustees and Asset Managers in order to :
i) Develop Responsible or Sustainable Investment Funds. This involves the development of a portfolio construction methodology, including positive or negative screening approaches, active managment or indexing, shareholder engagement methods and procedures for the insourcing or outsourcing of proxy voting
ii) Develop proper benchmarks for Responsible/Sustainable Investment Funds, and sourcing appropriate resources for adequate integration of ESG factors
iii) Explore methods for consulting unit holders, investors, beneficiaries or plan members on the extent of their sustainable investing or responsible investment tolerance.
iv)Offer consulting services to Asset Managers on procedures and steps neccessary in becoming signatories of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. ( www.unpri.org)
